Amanda Laden International is a family of hand-picked, outstanding consultants, coaches, and facilitators, each of whom has a variety of strengths and capabilities. With over 55 years of combined experience, we have the ability to work at all levels within an organization.

Amanda Laden

After traveling to over 45 countries, leading teams on 5 continents, and starting multiple companies in the U.S. and abroad over the past 15 years, Amanda knows the importance of change, culture and conflict in the modern international workforce. Amanda's unique insight into human behavior, combined with her no-nonsense can-do attitude allows her to transform companies from within and reshape mindsets of top leaders for measurable change.

Amanda also taps into her extensive background as a wine expert and educator, offering unique and exciting workshops and training programs drawing parallels from the world of wine to the domain of human capital and leadership strategy in the modern workforce.

Amanda takes pride in her community and supporting women in business as the former President of the National Women Business Owners chapter of Baltimore, Maryland. She is also a mentor for the Commonwealth Institute, and a member of AAUW.

Amanda currently resides in the Boston area with her husband and dog Bernie.

Beena Kavalam

Beena started her career as a management consultant for Accenture and later worked as a brand manager on the Bayer Aspirin®, Flintstones™ Vitamins and International Delight® brands. Today, she trains and coaches over 300 top millennial leaders and C-level executives around the country on the topics of presence, communication and leadership.

In addition, she advises leading global corporations on how to recruit and retain these high-value professionals in the new world ‍‍‍economy.

She has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and her executive coaching certification from Coaches Training Institute.

Ashley Paré

Negotiation Expert & ‍‍‍‍‍‍Leadership Coach

Ashley is on a mission to break glass ceilings through career negotiation. As a Leadership Coach, Negotiation Expert, and Speaker, Ashley is p‍‍‍assionate about gender equity and women's advancement in the workforce.  She leverages over 12 years of experience in Human Resources working with multi-national organizations in technology and consulting.

Ashley's work creates synergies between employees and employers to affect sustained corporate change to support equality.  She coaches women in technology on advancing to the C-Suite and consults with organizations to create inclusive cultures and develop women's leadership advancement programs.    

In addition, Ashley is a Lean In Circle Leader and a certified facilitator for the AAUW Work Smart program in the Boston city initiative to close the gender pay gap.  She has been featured in PBS News Hour, CNN Money, and Boston Voyager Magazine.  Ashley holds a Master's certificate in HR Management, has traveled the world, and lives in Boston with her husband.

Sandra is a passionate, dynamic, and visionary leader that brings her vast experience in talent management, executive and leadership coaching, team development, and culture transformation to create breakthrough results for our clients.  Her deep field experience, intuition, and ability to easily connect and relate to a multi-generational and diverse workforce allows her to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships.

‍‍‍‍‍‍Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Development and is a certified professional coach through New Ventures West (ICF accredited). She has over 18 years of experience and has served as an advisor to C-Suites and senior executive teams in global and matrix organizations operating in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Additionally, she is certified in several leadership development tools, including DiSC, MBTI, ESCI (Emotional Intelligence), and 360 assessments. In addition, she speaks fluent Spanish.

Robbin is a highly successful businesswoman with 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing, training and business development. A sought after speaker and women's leadership strategist, she is a staunch advocate for women and girls around the world. She is the U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda's AVEGA Agahozo, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of women and is on the Board of Advisors of the Center for Leadership & Service for the State University of New York at Albany.

‍‍‍In addition, sh‍‍‍e developed and presented numerous training programs at local, statewide and national conferences including: Building Corporate Relationships, Creating Customer Loyalty, Customer Retention and Developing Recognition and CultivationPrograms. Robbin was awarded the Heart Association’s New York State Business Development Award for her accomplishments. ‍‍

Thom is a seasoned executive coach and master group facilitator who has spent over 20+ years inside Corporate America occupying leadership roles in operations, learning & development, organizational development, talent m‍‍‍anagement and human resources.

Thom is passionate about leadership and team development and has a passion to help organizations and leaders get the “people stuff right.” He believes if you have the right talent in place and get the people stuff right — everything else falls into place.

With an MBA and an MA in Organizational Psychology, Thom holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, Everything DiSC, Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0), Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Strategic Workforce Planning.

Jen is a leading expert helping organizations strategically build, develop and leverage the unique talents of their leaders and teams. Having successfully led corporate initiatives and advised senior leaders on organizational development, talent management, and succession planning in the private and public sector for more than 17 years, Jen knows what sets successful organizations and leaders apart from the competition.

‍‍‍‍‍‍In 2015, Jen was inducted into the Forbes Coaches Council. She is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
